Important points to remember:

  • This number is completely free and available 24/7.
  • Even if your phone is locked, you can still call the emergency number 112 (even without a SIM card), as long as there is GSM coverage. The number can also be called from a landline or a telephone booth.
  • The specialized staff speaks, in addition to Spanish, also English and German.
