Below you will find useful information on what to do if your vacation doesn't go exactly as planned.

Let's start with the most important phone number, that of the emergency number:

Emergency number 112

This is the general number for:

  • Ambulance
  • Fire brigade
  • Police

After an emergency is reported, the appropriate emergency services are dispatched to resolve the situation. Additionally, telephone support will be provided until professional help arrives on the scene.

Important points to remember:

  • This number is completely free and available 24/7.
  • Even if your phone is locked, you can still call the emergency number 112 (even without a SIM card), as long as there is GSM coverage. The number can also be called from a landline or a telephone booth.
  • The specialized staff speaks, in addition to Spanish, also English and German.
