Ed Sheeran in Tenerife

The pre-sale for the exclusive concert of Ed Sheeran on our sunny island was an unprecedented success. Within ten minutes, all tickets were sold out, a clear sign that despite the economic crisis, the local population craves for fun and entertainment.

It is not only an honor for the residents that such a popular artist visits our island during his world tour, but it also indicates that Tenerife is once again appealing as a cultural destination. 

For those who couldn't secure a ticket, there is good news: there is talk of an extra concert on Tenerife, so be sure to keep an eye on my Facebook for updates!

World-Class Artists 

In the past, Tenerife has hosted many world-class artists: Elton John, Sting, Aerosmith, as well as Spanish singers like Juan Luis Guerra and Marc Anthony, have graced our stages (often more than once). And this is just a small selection from the many fantastic musicians who honored our island with their presence. And who can blame them. 

Not only, thanks to the excellent climate, is it possible to organize an open-air concert throughout the year, but the island's infrastructure is also perfect for large events. Often, extra night buses are deployed to safely transport festival-goers back home. Or you can turn it into a long weekend and stay in a hotel near the event. Plenty of hotels on the island.

Cultural opportunities   

Apart from these mega-concerts, Tenerife also offers a wide range of cultural opportunities. Consider the impressive auditorium in Santa Cruz, the auditorium in Adeje opened in March 2023, and plans for a brand-new auditorium in Puerto de la Cruz. These auditoriums host performances throughout the year, ranging from ballet shows to large musicals like Chicago.
